Our Services
Three Services.
One Clear Purpose:
AI Tools That Serve Your Writers.
Each service is designed for a different stage of readiness — from a first look at whether AI drafting fits your team, to a full programme across multiple writers and content types.
← Back to HomepageHow We Work
The Vermilion Quill Method
Every engagement begins the same way: we read your existing content before we touch any tool settings. The writing samples, style guides, and editorial protocols you share tell us more about what's needed than any initial brief.
From there, we work in a deliberate sequence — assess, configure, test, review, hand over. We don't compress that sequence. Each step has a purpose, and skipping any of them tends to produce configurations that look fine in a demo but cause friction in daily use.
All services end with documentation your team owns. We write it to be maintained by editors, not by us — so the system stays functional after our involvement ends.
01. Assess
Review writing samples and current process
02. Configure
Set up tools around your style and standards
03. Test
Produce trial drafts and check editorial fit
04. Hand Over
Deliver documentation and train your team
Service 01
Copy Assistance Review
An entry service for content teams curious about helper tools for drafting and tidying copy. We review a sample of your writing, prepare a short assisted draft, and discuss tone and fit. Suited to marketing and editorial teams who want an honest, low-stakes assessment before committing to a fuller setup.
The review includes a written summary covering what AI assistance could plausibly do for your team's workflow, where it would require ongoing human oversight, and whether proceeding to a Drafting Helper Setup makes practical sense.
What's Included
- Review of up to 2,000 words of your team's existing copy
- One AI-assisted draft of a comparable piece, for comparison
- A one-hour discussion session — in person (KL) or remote
- A written summary report (4–6 pages)
Process Steps
- 01. You send us a writing sample and brief context about your team
- 02. We prepare an AI-assisted draft of a comparable piece
- 03. We discuss both pieces together — tone, fit, gaps
- 04. We deliver the written summary within five to seven working days
Price
RM 520
Duration
5–7 Working Days
Best For
Teams at the considering stage — not ready to commit to a full setup but wanting a real-world comparison before deciding.
Best For
Teams at the ready stage — confident that AI drafting fits their workflow and wanting a proper, configured setup rather than a self-service approach.
Service 02
Drafting Helper Setup
For teams ready to use assistive drafting, this service configures helpers for outlines and first drafts, with a clear editing step so your voice stays intact. Aimed at content teams who want a working system rather than a trial run — calibrated to their style, with documentation to sustain it.
The training session is designed for writers and editors, not technical staff. Participants learn to use the configured tools as part of their normal editorial practice — requesting outlines, generating first drafts, and understanding where their own editing judgment must come in.
What's Included
- Editorial assessment of your team's current output and style
- Full tool configuration, tested against your content types
- Written style guide (8–12 pages) tailored to your house standards
- A half-day training session (up to 6 participants)
Process Steps
- 01. Initial assessment call and writing sample review
- 02. Style guide drafted and sent for client review
- 03. Tools configured using the approved style guide
- 04. Test drafts produced and reviewed with client
- 05. Training session delivered; all materials handed over
Price
RM 1,700
Duration
2–3 Weeks
Service 03
Editorial Workflow Programme
A wider engagement covering several writers and content types, with review cycles and internal ownership so quality and voice stay consistent. This is the appropriate service for organisations where AI-assisted drafting will become part of an ongoing editorial process — not just a one-off experiment.
The programme includes the setup of review cycles — structured check-ins to assess whether AI-assisted drafts are meeting editorial standards over time. These cycles are designed to run internally, with the maintenance guide providing the protocols editors need to keep things consistent without ongoing consultancy support.
What's Included
- Multi-writer setup (up to 10 participants)
- Configuration across multiple content formats
- Full style guide and editorial standards documentation
- Structured review cycle design and templates
- Maintenance guide for internal ongoing use
- Full-day training session and two follow-up sessions
Process Steps
- 01. Kickoff meeting and editorial audit across content types
- 02. Style guide and review cycle framework drafted
- 03. Tools configured per content type and writer
- 04. Pilot cycle run; outputs reviewed and adjustments made
- 05. Training delivered across all participants
- 06. Maintenance guide finalised and full handover completed
Price
RM 2,880
Duration
6–10 Weeks
Best For
